Wine for Everyone

Here's a great way to serve everyone wine at your wedding...whether young or old!

As everyone raises their wine glasses, your pregnant sister-in-law, who is a bit of a wine aficionado, sadly looks at her glass of orange juice and clinks the champagne flutes to her left and her right.

So too do your nieces and nephews at the kids table, and your designated drivers at tables 4, 8 and 11.

However, we stumbled across this great alternative that will give ALL your guests the chance to raise a wine glass or flute.

International Aotearoa is a fantastic company that imports lovely tasting Fre wine from Sutter Home in California...but the clincher is, the alcohol is removed!

It's made in the same way as normal wine, but after it's been made, the alcohol is removed. This process means that it possesses the same characteristic complexities as premium wine. The spinning cone system, which is a heating process, is used to remove the alcohol so that it still retains the flavour...pretty cool!

This way, you can have your wait staff carry around trays of champagne and trays of Alcohol Fre Brut - so everyone can celebrate together.

Another idea is to create a "signature drink" - maybe a mimosa (orange juice and champagne) or sangria (fruit infused wine) - but allow for a non-alcoholic version as well. For example, have a table set up with regular mimosas and non-alcoholic (orange juice and lemonade). Serve them in the same glass so your non-drinking guests don't feel left out!
