Goldsmith artist Dorthe Kristensen creates beautifully unique contemporary wedding rings and jewellery from her workshop in Aro Valley.

In her own work, Dorthe uses gold, silver, precious and semiprecious stones and pearls to create custom designed and handmade jewellery that individually suits your tastes and budget.

She works with you on the design and materials to create meaningful, personal rings and jewellery that are uniquely yours. In addition, she welcomes the opportunity to recycle gold jewellery or heirloom stones to create new pieces with new life.

However, Dorthe not only creates stunning, commissioned pieces, but she also teaches you how to create your own! In her fantastic jewellery courses, which she runs from her workshop, you learn how to make a variety of items including rings, brooches, earrings and pendants.
