I'd say YES.

Although your heel height will really depend on how tall YOU are. If you are shorter than your fiance, then there's no reason why you can't wear a heel. However, if you are the same height or marginally taller, I would lean towards a short (1 inch) kitten heel or flat. He is most likely going to be wearing shoes, of which the soles will give him a bit of height, but you probably don't want to tower over him with much more than that. If you are 2-3 inches taller, I would opt for a flat shoe or ballet slipper.

He may be comfortable with his height and not care if you are taller than him - which is fantastic. However, for photographs, it may work well if you are on a level playing field.
